NSD At Scrapper's Edge!

 Hello Delightful friends and family!

Here are some pics from the 12 hour crop at Scrapper's Edge on National Scrapbook Day.  It was a full classroom and we had fun with the Cinco De Mayo theme.  We had a delicious Mexican themed dinner, of course.  Prizes were given away every 30 minutes, I even won a stamp pad!

Here is Kelsey hard at work behind the counter taking care of all the printing needs of the customers during business hours.

Christa and Alyssa hard at work and being so doggone cute!

Laura (standing) Raven seated to the right... the first hour.

Shannon and Hilda on the left; Carol and Amy on the right.  Look at all that colorful ribbon!

Left side:  Sondra (owner and my boss in the blue top) next to her is Nancy (her mom), Shelley, Vonel at the end of the table.  On the right Debbie, Kimberley (with the smile!) and Suzette.  In the back to the right is Debbi and Gerrie.

Saundra working on a canvas for a possible class that she may teach in the near future - not only does she work three days during the week but she is also one of our instructors.  You rock, Saundra J!

Of course what's a party without a game or two?  Here is our decorated Maracas: 3p.m.

Here is the winning Maraca decorated by Shannon  (so stinkin' cute!)

Look at all of them hard at work (I mean play!) We had cardmakers, scrapbookers and even those working on altered art projects (that would be me, however I also did some of my granddaughter's scrapbook) That is my empty chair and table space but I was busy taking a few photos!  I  finished that project I was working on.... to be photographed and shared at a later day (But soon and I'm so excited!)

And did I mention we had dinner provided, too?  Yum! And dessert, double yum! 6pm
Brownies, lemon bars, cupcakes and buckets of cookies, too! We gotta keep up our crafty strength, you know...
Taco Bar, Taco Soup, Chili, Dip & Chips...

Even the moon enjoyed the evening with us!  10:30pm

Hope you enjoyed your NSD, thanks for visiting and meeting a few of my crafty friends! It was a fun group to crop with and I'm looking forward to next year.

God Bless!
