Word Art Wednesday Challenge featuring Lawn Fawn

Hello Delightful Friends!

Hope my USA followers had a delightful Thanksgiving!  After Thanksgiving we went to visit our oldest daughter and her family, it was her birthday and then a bridge lighting ceremony with fireworks.  Fun times for sure!
Well, it's time for the Word Art Wednesday challenge, hope you'll play along and enter your new crafty creations for a chance to win a prize from our sponsor Lawn Fawn.  You can enter 10 times total, (five times a week - new projects) the challenge is Anything Goes - Family Friendly.

Here is my card!  I've used 3 different stamp sets, Winter Scripty Sayings, Beary Happy Holidays and Baaa Humbug (cap on the bear).  The die set is Stitched Snowflakes, which I love to pull out and use. I love the interchangeable stamp sets, too!  Make sure you visit the Lawn Fawn blog and store and get some crafty inspiration!  Check out the new arrivals soooo cute!

Be sure and go to the Word Art Wednesday blog and you can see the design team using the Scripture Art for this challenge, I didn't use it this time, it didn't really work with the Lawn Fawn sets I used.

Next challenge is our Christmas Blog Hop, I'll have 2 giveaways so be sure and come back and leave a comment for a chance to win a prize.  The hop begins on December 18th.

Thanks for visiting! God bless.

Word Art Wednesday featuring sponsor: Lawn Fawn

Hello Delightful Friends!

Time for another card to share for the Word Art Wednesday Challenge of Anything Goes - Family Friendly.  Our sponsor is the very popular and a favorite: Lawn Fawn.  Hope you'll join us this week and perhaps you'll win the prize! And definitely check all the fun product, inspiration and fun teaching videos!  If you need creative inspiration the Lawn Fawn  blog is the place to visit.

Here is my card:

I've used some older but very much loved dies from Lawn Fawn.  The Small Stitched Leaves die, and the Reversed Scalloped Rectangle Windows die, I've also used the 6x6 paper pad called Fall Fling. This card is my way of transitioning to Autumn cards although I'm having a hard time letting go of summer, right now we are having some beautiful weather, but I know sweater weather is on it's way!

The Scripture Art is from 1 Samuel 12:24 it's an admonishment to King Saul but it can sure speak to us, today! A good one to memorize and put into practice.

Thanks for visiting! God bless!

Word Art Wednesday Challenge - All A-boat You

Hello Delightful friends!

I had fun designing this card with the help of Lawn Fawn!  So you know, it's time for our Word Art Wednesday Challenge - Family Friendly/Anything Goes!  And of course our sponsor this week is Lawn Fawn - yippee!!  Love their products and their fun videos...fun, fun, fun!
This card uses the stamp set called Smooth Sailing and I love this sentiment.  I thought it would be perfect for Mother's Day especially if she loves sailing, the beach or visiting lighthouses. Living here on the coast all of those activities are available. 😊
I did used multiple techniques to create this card which included: paper piecing, fussy cutting, distress inking edges and diecutting.  I don't have the dies to this stamp set so I had to cut out the boat and the lighthouse.  I paper pieced the sails and the flag on the boat with the Lawn Fawn 6x6 pad called Polka In the Meadow, I used the paper to die cut the stitched circle and then cut out strips for the "rays". I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside border dies to create the ocean waves and the sand.  On the blue card stock I inked the edges to give a bit of depth and then stamped the little waves in blue and one in white that is closer to the shoreline.  In the sky I've stamped three birds and I've colored the boat and the lighthouse with PrismaColor pencils.

Other Ingredients:
Card Stock: Gumball, Toffee, Sugar Cube (Taylored Expressions)
Inks: Gumball & Sugar Cube (TE); Jet Black (Altenew)
Glossy Accents (on galley windows on the boat and the windows on the lighthouse)
Stencil brush (TE)

This is the Scripture Art that is perfect for Mother's Day and it's free to use - head over to the Word Art Wednesday Blog and grab yours!

Hope you'll join us at Word Art Wednesday and share your "Anything Goes" creations!

Have a blessed week and thanks for visiting.

Word Art Wednesday - Featuring Lawn Fawn!

Hello Friends!

We have a real fun and popular sponsor this week for the Word Art Wednesday Challenge.  It's Lawn Fawn!! This week is the summer release so be sure and check out all the inspiration and fun new items at the Lawn Fawn Blog HERE.
I love their Critter line of stamps and dies.  This is an older set called Critters of the Sea that I've used this week besides some other items listed below.
Hopefully you can play along for a chance to win the sponsors' prize.  This challenge runs for 2 weeks and you can enter 5 new crafty projects each week for a chance to win.  This is an Anything Goes - Family Friendly Challenge, so quick get back to your craft table and get inspired!
We also have Scripture Art you can upload and use if you'd like to ( below is the digital image)

Here is a list of the materials I've used:
Other items I've used are the Inks from Taylored Expressions: Blue Raspberry, Gumball, Sprinkles, Salt Water Taffy, Earl Grey and Toffee; Stencil Brushes; Toffee & Sugar Cube card stock; Bits & Pieces clear Drip Drops to embellish.  The Scripture Art was printed on Vellum.
I colored the Critters with Prismacolor Pencils and added the white accents with Uni-Ball Signa pen and popped them up with dimensional squares.

WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
Thanks for visiting,

Natalie 💕

Blessed is the Man - WAW #338-339

Hello Delightful Friends and Family!

Sorry I'm late in posting this card for the Word Art Wednesday Challenge.  We have a wonderful sponsor this week - LAWN FAWN!  Yay! One of my favorite companies.  Love their cute stamps, interactive dies and fun papers!

Here is my card using 2 Lawn Fawn Dies: Forest Border and Stitched Mountain Border, the moose is a stamp from the set called Critters from the Arctic and the paper is Let's Polka in the Meadow (6x6 petite paper pack).  I've water colored the moose using Prima Marketing watercolors (Decadent Pies - yummy colors!)

So I thought this worked out well with the Scripture making this a masculine card, perfect for Father's Day coming up in a couple of weeks.  Hope you will join us in the Anything Goes, Family friendly challenge at Word Art Wednesday!  You can link up 5 new projects each week for the two week challenge.  Wouldn't you love to win a $25 gift card to Lawn Fawn?  Well you can't win if you don't play so head over to the WAW blog and check out the inspiration and join the fun.

Thanks so much for visiting!

Rejoice and Be Glad! Word Art Wednesday #214

Hello Delightful friends and family!
Just a quick post because I'm a bit under the weather.  Hope whatever this is will be quick (chills and achy feeling.) Since I'm writing this Tuesday night, I hope to get to bed soon and feel better in the morning. Who has time to get sick!!

Here is Word Art Wednesday's card #214. It's a family friendly challenge with prizes, hope you'll link up at WAW and leave a comment! Please grab the free digital Scripture, too. There is a new one every week there is a challenge and some fabulous sponsors, too!

The top layer is a background stamp from Hero Arts.  I've used white embossing powder and then heat set it and added Distress Inks in blues. The Lawn Fawn stamp called Season's Tweetings was used to make the tree branch (embossed with Archival Tea Branch).  The little birdie was colored with Copics and I stamped the musical notes with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  This little birdy is singing it's heart out for the Lord!

Thanks so much for visiting and lift me up in prayer!
