Just breathe... we hear that a lot.  But I love the encouragement to praise the Lord with every breath!

When I get my eyes off my problems and my eyes on the Lord, things that have been disturbing me seem to ease up. I just need to remember that God is in control, just breathe, just praise and give thanks!

Word Art Wednesday Challenge - Fruitful transformation

Hello Delightful Friends,

Spring has quickly disappeared and summer is upon us in most of the states.  My corner of the world is still kind of cool in the morning and evenings and if the wind doesn't blow it's pretty comfortable, but boy if the wind is out the temperature stays in the low 60s. I always look forward to late July thru September when summer is really here on the north coast of California. 

On some crafty news, I'm getting ready this weekend to start tearing apart my craft room with the help of my oldest granddaughter Riley!  I've ordered some Stamp-n-Storage items (I'm so excited to start getting things organized, right now I can barely squeeze in there to my table.  I have too much furniture that isn't functional anymore and too much "stuff" if that's even possible 😂 I "might" be to embarrassed to do "before pics" but we'll see....

Word Art Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes/Family Friendly

Hello Delightful Friends!

Here is my card for Word Art Wednesday Challenge. Our Sponsor this week is Studio Katia be sure and check out their BLOG and come away with some great creative inspiration.  They have used some cute dies to make some very fun shaker cards!!  Check it out!!

Here is my card to share for this weeks challenge, hope you'll play along.

Ingredients:

Base: Desert Storm Neenah card stock 5.5 x 4.25

I've stenciled the background using the Taylored Expressions Fall & Foliage Stamp and Stencil Combo. (love this set).  

Taylored Expressions Ink: Dijon, Raspberry Sorbet, Mulled Wine, Cilantro, Mushroom.

I've used the TE brushes to stencil.

The checked strip is a scrap from my stash.

This Stamp and Stencil set is really fun.  You start with the large stamp which is just the veins, stems and dots, then the 3 set stencils which are clearly marked so you know to start with #1 and so on.  Super fast and super easy.  I've popped up the sentiment with dimension squares, the Scripture art is a digital which you can use for the challenge if you'd like.  It's free and available at Word Art Wednesday.  I've matted the Scripture (Proverbs 5:21) with the Desert Storm card stock.
