Hello Delightful friends and family,
Just a quick post to share a card I made for Valentines Day. Loved using the washi tape (Glitz and Queen & Co) to embellish this quick and easy card.
The larger heart was stamped with Amore ( Hero Arts Exclusive collection) and then fussy cut. The top heart was punched from an older heart punch (not sure of the manufacturer) but I used the same designer paper as the top layer and inked around the edges (Distress Inks). Then adhered the two hearts and added a dimensional to pop it up. The heart button is from a Key Ingredient kit (Taylored Expressions) as is the sentiment stamp (Buddy Bear). Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp and I've colored the heart with a Distress Pen (Worn Lipstick)
The designer paper I've used is Fancy Pants Love Notes collection (6x6 pad) and I've used Distress Inks: Antique Linen and Worn Lipstick around the edges. The card base is Neenah bright white card stock and the deep red/burgundy card stock is Bazzill.

Love the card Natalie! The soft colors speak of gentle love. I have not ever used washi tape. I have looked at it but not purchased or used it. You make it look so wonderful! Wanted to stop by and say, you are on my heart and therefore in my prayers. Looking forward to hearing all about your upcoming event.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore this card Natalie! Great washi tape technique. It's sweet and simple and perfect! :-)
