Hello and Merry Christmas to my Delightful Friends!

Welcome to our Word Art Wednesday Blog Hop and WAW Anything Goes Challenge!  Make sure you visit each of the Design Team Blogs listed below and leave a comment to be eligible for a prize.  There will be a prize offered at each blog (maybe even two), My blog has 2 prizes, one offered by Word Art Wednesday and one that I will be offering (mine is not pictured, I'm still putting goodies together!).  Due to the cost of shipping this will only be offered to those in the USA.  Don't forget to play along too!  If you share a new crafty creation with us at Word Art Wednesday you will also be eligible for our Sponsors Prize ($25) from Sunny Studio Stamps!!  I love their blog and get a lot of inspiration from their design team. They also have some free digital images.  Super cute stuff!!

Here is one of the prizes from my blog:

Prize #2 will be an assortment of paper, stamps, dies and embellishments!
Be sure and leave a comment and let me know your favorite stamping technique!

Here is my card:

One of my favorite techniques is die-cutting.  There are so many fun dies to use!
I've used 2 dies on this card.  Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside and Pink Fresh Studio Stitched Scallop Rectangles.  The main paper I've used is the Taylored Expressions Blueberry and Sugar Cube both are 100lb card stock.  The stamps I've used are Sing of the King (Taylored Expressions) and Snowy Afternoon background stamp (Studio Light).  The inks I've used are Sugar Cube and Blueberry (TE)  Not sure that you can tell but I've embellished some of the snowflakes with "Bits & Pieces" clear drops (TE)  I popped up the sentiment with dimensional tape. Pretty quick and easy card.

Here are the list of blogs to visit!!

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment!
May the Lord bless you and keep you may He shine His face upon you and give you peace!

  13. What a beautiful card. I especially love that scalloped frame you used, and the pretty contrast between blue and white. Die-cutting is one of my favorite techniques too, but paper piecing is probably the one I like best.
